Mark Tyler has served in many governance roles at the University of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Technical College System, and Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce.

He has also volunteered with many organizations, such as Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, The Governor’s Early Childhood Advisory Council, the Family Resource Center St Croix Valley, and has served as the chair of the Governor’s Council on Workforce Investment — activities all connected in one way or another to developing our workforce through education and strong families.

Mark also serves as Board Chair for OEM Fabricators, Inc., where he served as President for over 30 years.

Neil began serving as the full-time Executive Director of Family Friendly Workplaces (FFW) in 2022 after supporting FFW in a part-time capacity since 2020.

Since then, FFW has experienced robust growth in its employer certification program and has secured state grant funding in support of its talent attraction work.

A Polk County, Wisconsin native, he graduated from Unity High School in Balsam Lake before graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to coming to FFW, Neil worked in banking as well as in and around Wisconsin state government.

He lives in Osceola, Wisconsin with his boyfriend and their two dogs.

Brianna, a proud native of Wisconsin, graduated from Mondovi High School in Mondovi, Wisconsin, before continuing her education at Chippewa Valley Technical College, where she earned an Associate degree in Marketing.

Her academic journey provided her with a strong foundation in marketing principles and practices, which she further honed during her professional experiences. Before joining FFW, Brianna successfully completed a 64-hour social media marketing internship, where she gained valuable insights into digital marketing strategies and content creation. Additionally, she has experience working in billing, equipping her with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Brianna resides with her boyfriend in Spring Valley, Wisconsin, where they enjoy spending time outdoors and spending time with their family and friends.
